After 13 years, Cognisight is proud to announce the launch of its’ updated corporate brand identity with a new logo, colors, and font. You will see the new look on all branded items, including our website, social media pages, client correspondence, documents, applications, tools, conferences, and events.

While our name remains the same, we feel this new brand identity better represents who Cognisight is and what we bring to our clients. As one of the pioneers in the risk adjustment industry, we are leaders in the health information landscape and root ourselves in the principals of collaboration, quality, and transparency.
